Group Therapy
While it’s true that each of us is unique and may have unique circumstances, none of us are alone in our struggles. In group therapy, you will have a safe space to find your voice, develop a deeper understanding of yourself and how you relate to others, and learn new ways of interacting and dealing with people in your life. An ongoing group provides the opportunity to:
Establish and maintain healthy relationships and connections
Develop a sense of community
Build trust with others
Learn to become aware of your needs and express them
Improve ability to control and manage overwhelming emotions
Address conflict effectively
